An Introduction to the Unified Page Editor

In this session we will give an introduction to the Unified Page Editor for developers. We will start out with a general introduction to the functionality provided and how you enable your solution to be edited in the Page Editor. After the short introduction we will dig in to how the Page Editor allows editors and content authors to dynamically add presentation components and how you set that up as a developer. Finally we will give a short deep dive into how you as a developer can customize the tools creating custom buttons and commands that will give the content authors full control of content without ever using the old Content Editor.

Jens Mikkelsen is a Sitecore MVP and has architected and developed Sitecore solutions since 2005. He has worked on some of the largest Sitecore sites in the world and currently works as a consultant for Inmento Solutions providing developer training, professional services and architectural guidance to Sitecore partners and clients all over the world.
