Natalie Webster is Director, Web Communications for the Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), which represents more than 220 children’s hospitals across the U.S.  CHA launched its site on Sitecore in 2015 and recently completed an upgrade to Sitecore 8.2. Webster’s experience includes enterprise website management, usability assessment and optimization, and strategic digital communications planning.
